Mr Ravi Dhingra Independent Director Mr Ravi Dhingra, 61 years, is an Independent Director on our board since March 29, 2010. He holds a master’s degree in arts from Delhi University and a professional qualification in the management of public sector enterprises from the University of Manchester in the UK. A retired Indian Administrative Services officer, Mr Dhingra has 37 years of experience and has held various positions including Secretary to the GOI, Ministry of Home Affairs, Chief Secretary to the GoHP, Principal Secretary Finance to the GoHP and Chairman of the HPSEB.
